A big part of newborn care and parenting, is figuring out what works for you and your baby, together. That takes pratice and trying different approaches!

Many of these books are broken down by age so you don't have to read it all right now, or at once. You can get a good foundation in the first few chapters and put new routines into pratice right away.

The Happy Sleeper

Great foundation book for the science behind sleep, including wake windows and allowing child to self soothe.

Focus on 4 hour feeding schedules and stretches wake windows. Allows baby to fuss for 3-5 minutes before parents intervene.
